ProLift Toyota Material Handling is searching for an Warehouse Specialist who will work in the Cincinnati (CSC) Customer Service Center receiving incoming rental forklifts, providing inspections, performing daily inventory checks and prepping trucks for all rental customers.   Successful Warehouse Specialist will ensure all rental customer needs are met and work towards the goal of becoming an “Indispensable Partner” for all external and internal customers.  Hours/Days:  Monday – Friday 1st shift.

     Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Daily Inventory confirming trucks are in rental area, marked and tagged according to location
  • Receive trucks in the Customer Service Center(CSC) once the rental agreement has been fulfilled; wash and perform rental inspection
  • Inform Rental Specialist of possible damage including pictures and work with service team to get estimates generated for repair 
  • Pull and prep forklifts (wipe down, swap forks, etc.) to fill rental orders
  • Maintain rental truck storage area
  • Confirm electric rental trucks are charged and batteries are maintained
  • Minor Repairs (mirror replacements, fire extinguishers, etc.)
  • Track and be accountable for time spent to complete work
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss how to increase efficiencies and lower cost
  • Manage work flow to successful delivery finished equipment on the desired completion date
  • Perform all assignments in a safe and satisfactory manner, according to the needs of the customer and company
  • Promote services and products in a professional manner
  • Participate in 5S projects to manage shop flow and condition
  • Promote ProLift’s philosophies, vision, strategies, and value of “Doing the Right Thing
  • TLLP “’Toyota Lean Logistics program” visionary
  • Protects organizations values by keeping information confidential and ability to handle sensitive information
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Education/Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Two years of related experience preferred
