Job Summary
This position is responsible for installing tires on industrial equipment in the Customer Service Center (CSC) and customer locations.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Install tires on industrial equipment at the customer locations and in the CSC
Check in tire stock orders in an error free manner and to advise shipping and receiving specialist of any discrepancies or changes on orders
Shelve tires in proper locations for ease in locating, relocate or rearrange if necessary
Keep tire service truck clean, orderly, and safe and secure
Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing"; Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy
Educational/Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and basic mechanical knowledge and ability. Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record required, while a Class B CDL preferred. Candidate must be able to lift/push/pull objects up to 75 pounds frequently.
