Job Summary

The Corporate Fleet Account Specialist II supports all aspects of fleet account administration, including invoicing, billing, onboarding, reporting, and process improvement. Acting as the fleet program expert, this role drives accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while partnering with internal teams to achieve business goals and performance targets.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet account operations, including billing, invoicing, contract management, and process support.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of fleet dashboards, account statuses, and billing processes.

• Coordinate customer account setup and onboarding for new fleet customers

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Toyota Material Handling fleet programs, systems, and processes.

• Drive resolution of complex billing issues (returned, denied, cancelled) and provide guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.

• Document and improve fleet standard processes, controls, and operational efficiencies.

• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner".

Educational/Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an college degree, 3 or more years' experience with invoicing and contract set-up, and display proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel -- experience with Microsoft office. The Corporate Fleet Account Specialist II should be detail oriented and highly organized to customers, sales team, and managers, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential data utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
